Althought my symptoms have coninued, I have seen some imporvement in my fatigue.  I have begun getting up a little earlier in the morning (about 6 am) and drinking a tall glass of water. I then go for a walk around my block breathing in the cool morning air.  I can’t say I don;t feel fatigued, but it does help.

Everyday I wonder if I will be able to get by without too much pain and although I am exaggerating, because there are days that are perfectly fine.  Despite this admission, I feel fibromyalgiahas dictated the course of my life in many ways.  It dictates my ideas and plans and what I should at any given moment.  Slowly though I am learning to cope with my fibromyalgia.

It might seem strange, but there are exercises that can alleviate fibromyalgia symptoms. These exercises have a twofold effect.  They work the areas that have the most isues with fibromyalgia and they increase stamina which is helpful against fatigue. Of course there really is a third effect and that is self esteem.  The more one sees themselves as active the happier they will be.
